Charges for materials and additional work are quoted on-site before execution. No work begins without resident approval.
Cancellation & Refund Windows

Full Refund β Cancelled 4+ hours before scheduled time
If you cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.

Partial Refund β Cancelled 1β4 hours before scheduled time
If you cancel between 1 and 4 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a refund minus a βΉ100 convenience fee. The balance will be credited within 5β7 working days.

No Refund β Cancelled less than 1 hour before / After dispatch
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled time or after the professional has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund. A visit charge (βΉ100ββΉ150) will be deducted.

Rescheduling β Free if done 4+ hours in advance
You may reschedule at no additional cost if done at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 4 hours is treated as a cancellation and the same cancellation policy applies.
Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work performed, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of service completion through the Yizitor app or by emailing support@Yizitor.in. If the issue is found to be a genuine service deficiency:
- The professional will be dispatched again to rectify the work at no additional charge
- If rectification is not possible, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the extent of the deficiency
- Refunds for quality issues are processed within 7β10 working days
- Decisions regarding quality-based refunds are at the discretion of Yizitor's quality team after investigation
Non-Refundable Situations
- Materials purchased specifically for your job
- Services that have been fully completed and signed off by the resident
- Subscription fees after the first 7 days of a billing cycle
- Convenience fees charged at the time of booking
- Emergency call-out fees for after-hours or urgent services
Subscription Plan Refunds
- 7-day trial period: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription after the trial period, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused complete months, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Downgrade: If you downgrade your plan, the price difference is credited to your Yizitor account for future billing, not refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Open the Yizitor app and go to 'My Bookings' or 'My Subscriptions'

Select the booking or subscription and tap 'Cancel / Request Refund'

Provide the reason for cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email with your refund reference number within 2 hours

Refund will be credited within 5β10 working days depending on your bank
